Return & Refund Policy
At Ather Fleur, we take pride in offering a premium and unique flower experience to every customer.
Due to the nature of our products (natural and artificial flowers), returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
1. An error in the order on our part (e.g., incorrect item delivered).
2. A clear manufacturing defect upon receipt.
  
Conditions:
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.
 
Agreement to Final Arrangement:
Each bouquet is carefully curated by our team according to the emotion selected by the customer.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the final arrangement upon delivery, understanding that the full bouquet experience is part of Ather Fleur’s philosophy of turning emotions into a unique and memorable experience.
 
Additional Protections:
• We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request if the conditions above are not met, or if the product has been used or damaged due to mishandling.
• The customer is responsible for any message or content provided with the bouquet. Athr Fleur reserves the right to refuse any inappropriate or offensive content.
• For natural flowers, we are not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery, provided delivery was completed within the expected timeframe.
